ETHIOPIA - Guji Gatama

The Dambi Uddo Farm extends over four distinct plots, from which emerges the fascinating Gatama, perched at around 2100 meters above sea level. Its name is inspired by the omnipresent tree of the Dambi Uddo forest, whose flowers release white honey prized for its delicacy. On nine hectares, Gatama thrives, giving its coffee a unique essence.

This coffee, grown according to rigorous organic standards, is carefully harvested by hand from the heart of a lush forest, giving it a distinct identity. It charms with its sweet and fruity aromas, offering an incomparable sensory experience. By highlighting it, the farmer also honors the ancestral agricultural traditions that drive this region.
